  • TIME: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (+ optional meditation)

  • LOCATION: Kate Sessions Park, 5115 Soledad Rd, San Diego, CA

  • FORMAT: 60-minute total body HIIT; modifications available for all fitness levels​

  • PRICE : $15 per class or FREE if you bring a friend!

What is HIIT?

​High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a workout method that alternates short bursts of intense exercise performed at near-maximum effort with brief recovery periods. This powerful training style maximizes fat burning, builds muscle, and boosts endurance in minimal time, making your workouts both efficient and effective.

What to Expect

  • 60 Minute Class

  • 5 Minute Mindfulness Manifestation

  • 5 Minute Warmup

  • 5 Minute Stretch

  • 45 Minute HIIT Workout 

  • 10 Minute Meditation immediately after class (optional)

  • Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. After completing four exercises, take a 30-second break before starting the next set.

  • Sample exercises include Jump Squats, Push-Ups, Mountain Climbers, Superman Holds, and Burpees.

  • Modifications are available for every exercise to accommodate all fitness levels.

  • Listen to your body—take breaks whenever you need them to ensure safety and effectiveness.

  • You are welcome to leave early if necessary.

  • Custom modifications and progressions tailored to your fitness level, ensuring each workout is challenging, effective, and personalized!
