If you’re in a rush and the gym is packed, it’s very helpful to have a few go to exercises you can do on one piece of equipment. ⏰

The number of sets and reps you do will differ based upon your specific goals, i.e. to gain muscle and/or size you should do less reps and heavier weight. If you are toning, you’ll want to do more reps and lighter weight.

If you put every drop of sweat, every ounce of energy, and your ENTIRE BEING into a goal with CONSISTENCY until you accomplished it, and never gave up, then that is simply all you can do. Therein lies the BEAUTY, in moments when you don't necessarily reach your "ideal goal" or the expectation you set in your mind, but you experience the REALIZATION of everything else you have GAINED in the process, this is what I call an INVALUABLE EXPERIENCE.

I am proud, grateful, humbled, re-ignited 🔥 and EXCITED 👏🏻😁 beyond words for the challenge that lies ahead of me! I cannot wait to get my critique back from this show so that I can begin focusing on on my flaws, improving all around as an NPC athlete and being even better for my next show!

When I was 7 I was diagnosed with Legg Calve Perthes Disease, a rare hip disease in which your femur bone loses blood supply. I traveled the US searching for a doctor who would give me another option besides a hip replacement surgery. Finally we came across one in Salt Lake City who said "if you are able to do physical therapy every day, swim and stay off it and on crutches for the next three years, then their is a POSSIBILITY that you won't have to have surgery, but there is still a chance you will." "Possible" was all I needed to hear! Three years of hard work and now nearly 20 years later, I can gratefully say I didn't have to have surgery and I went on to live life without allowing my disease to hold me back! Now don't get me wrong I'll still bust out some Fetty Wap and old-school rock 'n' roll on the daily, but for the most part I now crave knowledge! It's an addiction! ---

I didn't think it was possible to be any more in love with the sport of bodybuilding until today! I beyond by the plethora of machines for every single muscle you could possibly think of, I've been bodybuilding now for over a year and a half and there were still a handful of machines there that I had never seen before! To look up on the walls and see the familiar faces of icons in the bodybuilding world and people who made it gave me immediate goosebumps, and sent chills down my spine. And then on top of all of this the energy that filled the space was exhilarating, exciting and empowering!

This was my first time wake surfing. There were many moments when I was frustrated and even doubted my abilities, I kept thinking to myself “this shit is way harder than it looks.” But I made a mental decision before I started that I wasn’t going to get off that boat until I rode for at least 30 seconds.

This was my first time wake surfing. There were many moments when I was frustrated and even doubted my abilities, I kept thinking to myself “this shit is way harder than it looks.” But I made a mental decision before I started that I wasn’t going to get off that boat until I rode for at least 30 seconds.
