The Phoenix Woman Warrior Project is a profoundly transformative nonprofit dedicated to empowering women in domestic violence shelters to reclaim their power, confidence, and joy through life-changing holistic wellness programs. At its heart, this initiative offers a sanctuary where survivors can rebuild their lives, rediscover their identities, and find a true sense of belonging through comprehensive support that nurtures body, mind, and spirit. The Project combines rigorous fitness bootcamps, a specialized Narcissism Awareness course, and the FLY (First Love Yourself) six-week healing and confidence-building program—all designed to restore strength, resilience, and self-love in survivors. This mission embodies compassion, courage, and empowerment, creating a nurturing community that uplifts and transforms lives.
Fitness Bootcamp
Strength in Movement: Empowering Survivors Through Healing Fitness
My fitness bootcamp program integrates over 11 years of personal training expertise to provide structured physical activity proven to accelerate healing. Exercise releases endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine—natural chemicals that elevate mood, reduce anxiety and depression, and promote emotional balance. For survivors of trauma, movement is vital; it helps release pent-up emotional tension stored in the body while rebuilding confidence and fostering community connection. These strength-building sessions do more than improve physical fitness—they cultivate mental resilience and a renewed sense of self, offering survivors a powerful way to reclaim control and joy in their lives.

The Narcissism Awareness course tackles a critical, often overlooked root of domestic violence—identifying and understanding narcissistic abuse. This course empowers participants to recognize unhealthy patterns, safely escape toxic relationships, and rebuild their sense of self-worth. By addressing the psychological and emotional scars inflicted by narcissistic abuse, the course fills a vital gap in survivor education and healing. Participants learn practical tools to protect themselves from future harm while gaining clarity and confidence to embrace a healthier, empowered life.
FLY Six-Week Course (First Love Yourself)
FLY to Freedom: A Holistic Path to Healing, Confidence & Connection
The FLY six-week course centers on holistic healing—guiding women through essential lifestyle habits that nurture mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. This program fosters a positive mindset, encourages self-belief, and provides strategies to overcome negative self-talk, all within a compassionate and supportive community. Participants cultivate healthier relationships, embrace nature, and commit to personal growth and self-care practices that renew their energy and confidence. FLY offers not only tools for transformation but also a vibrant, uplifting space where survivors find connection and strength together.
